„For dredging projects, a key application is turbidity monitoring, which is used to track suspended sediments and help ensure water quality remains within permitted limits. Monitoring requirements and the number and positioning of data buoys vary according to project size, location and specific application“, teilte Ecocoast mit.Das Unternehmen führte weiter aus: „The capability complements Ecocoast’s existing sediment control solutions, including the engineered silt curtains it has supplied to dredging and reclamation projects across the GCC. Combining physical sediment containment with real-time monitoring enables contractors and project teams to track water conditions during works and provides the data to support environmental compliance and operational decision-making.“
